General

Do you deliver across Canada?

We personally deliver your gift within Calgary and surrounding areas. The joy it brings us when we get to surprise someone with your gift is why we love what we do!

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes!  Contact us directly and choose from one of our curated options or have us create a custom gift. You will be given a quote including shipping and will be able to check out online.

Do you ship to the USA and Internationally?

You bet!

Orders

How long is the fulfillment process?

Our fulfillment process takes 2-3 days. We have been known to get single or small orders out the same day. We are here to help you with your last minute gift giving needs. 

How long is the fulfillment process for large orders?

Large orders generally take 1-2 weeks to fulfill.

What is considered to be a large order?

More than 5 gift boxes or baskets.

Can you brand our logo on items or customize products for weddings/birthdays/anniversaries?

You bet we can! We have several options we can engrave with your logo or special message/name and include in your gift. Reach out to us and lets get your business noticed and celebrate the special people in your life.

Returns

Can I return a gift box or basket?

Short answer is, no. Due to health and safety, we do not accept returns. 

All sales are final.

What if something is damaged?

We take extreme caution to make sure all of the products in our gift boxes/baskets are in good condition and food has been properly stored and checked for best before dates.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you do have a concern and we are happy to work with you.

Custom Orders & Corporate Orders

How does a custom order work?

Our passion is in creating custom orders! We love creating a gift just right for them. 

Easy 3 step process:

1) Let us know your budget.

2) Let us know the occasion.

3) Let us know a little bit about who the gift or gifts are for.

If you do not carry a specific product I would like to include in the gift, would you be able to accommodate?

Absolutely! Need a bow tie, bouquet of flowers, specific drink or snack they love? We are happy to include a requested item and will do our best to choose a local vendor if applicable. 

We have a large Corporate order, can you accommodate?

We sure can! Please give us as much notice as possible to insure we have all products in stock to fulfill your order. No order is too big, just a whole lot of joy to spread to others!
